Salame da pentola (to be boiled in a pot)

This product is made by mincing Italian pork and adding salt, flavouring and spices; it is then stuffed into Natural “crespone pelato di scrofa” casing (peeled sow chitterlings) and tied by hand. “Salame da pentola” is an appreciated component of boiled meat dishes.
