Salami

Salami originates in the home according to local tastes and traditions and becomes a typical expression of a place. Italy’s morphology and history have favoured localism, which has also found expression in the art of salami production: this is a heritage that is shown by a wide range of flavours. Mr Santini is a real salami lover: he loves to identify its different characteristics, interpret them, and perpetuate them through products that superbly represent our Italian heritage.
